Boys

1. Scarborough - won at home by 25 points

2. Hampden - won by 51 points at Cony

3. Falmouth - took 8 of first 9 spots at Poland w/19 points

4. York - Perfect score with first 9 guys against #9 Cape (w/o 1 & 2 runners)

5. Mt Blue - Won by 5 over unranked Brunswick

6. Massabesic- 22 point win over Windham

7. Greely - 4th place in Small School race at Manchester Inv. top Maine team

8. Gorham- Won home meet easily w/24 points

9. Cape Elizabeth - didn't run full squad this week, but got perfect scored at York

10. Lewiston- Won at Oxford Hils w/23 points

10. Messalonskee -took first 4 spot en route to 22 points

12. Merriconeag: won at GNG w/ 4 in top 5, good for 22 points

1. Greely - won the small school race at Manchester Inv. clear #1 team in state right now

2. Yarmouth - Won 21-34  over #3 Falmouth

3. Falmouth- lost to #2 Tarmouth 21-34, but had a lot illness this week4

4. Massabesic - a 25-51 win over #8 Westbrook

4. Cape Elizabeth - The Capers bounced back with 5 of the top 6 at York

6. Orono - Won the Sectional XC title

7. Hampden Academy - 39 points in an easy win @ Cony

8. Scarborough - Won at home with 26 points

8. Westbrook - Lost 25-51 to #4 Massabesic, lots of illness this week

10. MDI - 2nd to Orono at Sectional XC

11. Maranacook - 3rd at Cony behind Hampden & Cony

11. Brunswick- won at home over Mt. Blue

Greely girls win small school title at Manchester Invitational

The Greely girls behind a pair of top ten finishes from Katherine Leggat-Barr (2nd) & Izzy Evans (9th), tallied 103 to finish 18 in front of Harwood, VT. On the boys side, Mitchell Morris of Cape Elizabeth was the top Maine finisher with a 3rd place, 16:30.9 in the small school race, Freeport's Chandler Vincent (6th) & Cape's Kyle Kennedy(10th) also ran well.

Aboud & Pabst set course records at Windham

The Massabesic girls also dominated competition, claiming 5 of the top 7 spots and scoring 25 points against a Westbrook team that was riddled with sickness. Michael Aboud continued his impressive senior season with a dominating win on an incredibly challenging Windham course Friday afternoon. Aboud led his fellow senior teammates, Andrew Mongiat and Remington Gaetjens to a 1-2-3 finish on route to a 25-47-52 win over Windham and Westbrook.
