Featured Workout: Westbrook XC hits the hills

The Westbrook Blue Blazes made waves last fall, they look to continue the upward trend this fall. Check out their hill workout from XC Camp at Camp Susan Curtis. Both the boys & girls team completed a workout of 6x800m hills. With the first 200m uphill followed by a 200m downhill section then a 200m uphill section followed by another downhill section
