Henry Jaques of Freeport led the way with a 4th place finish as the senior clocked 16:14 for 5k. Henry covered the first mile in 5:07, that was followed by a 5:33, before dropping the pace back down to 5:02 in the final.

"I struggled during the second mile" Jaques said post race.

It wasn't much of a struggle as Jaques set a new personal best with his 16:14 effort. That time is the second fastest 5k effort for a Maine runner this fall.

Greely got it down with a tight pack on Saturday. The Rangers top finisher was Luke Marsanskis in 24th (17:23) but after that they had the 4th other scorers finish within 31 seconds of each other. Senior Max Stickney also had a strong run placing 29th (17:30).
