How long have you been running and how did you get started?
I started running nearly 10 years ago through a running program in school.
What has your summer training consisted of? How much mileage you putting in?
My summer training consisted of ling runs and a couple of tempos. At the beginning of the summer I was running nearly 50 miles, but it slowly went down to 40 when pre-season was close by.
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
Placing well at states and breaking 16 minutes.
What is your favorite workout?
1000s are the best.
What did you learn from last xc season that will help you improve in 2018?
That anything could happen.
What is your favorite course to run in Maine?
Believe it or not Twin Brook would have to be one of my favorite courses.
Out of all your running accomplishments so far, which stands out the most?
Breaking 4:30 3 times would easily stand out the most.
What do you love most about running?
I love how running makes me feel alive.
When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?
Catching dubs on fortnite.
Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?
Before a race I normally play out the race in my head.

What shoes do you race/train in?
I will be racing in the Nike Victory 3s, Nike Lt3s Flats and some old Sauconys. I will be training in Saucony Freedom Iso 2s.
What professional athlete would you most like to meet?
I would like to meet Andrew Flintoff.
What is your favorite food?
Peanut butter bagels are the best.
