Delaney Hesler of Bonny Eagle came into high school with strong expectations, and the freshman showed she'll be someone to watch this fall as she clocked 8:41 over the 1.5 mile course the third fastest time overall.

Bonny Eangle's Emma Abbott had a strong race for second in 9:15 while Windham's Hailey Applebee was third in 9:36.
