How long have you been running and how did you get started?
I've been running since eighth grade, and I got started because my mom wanted me to do a sport and I thought that xc would be the easiest. Obviously I was wrong.
What has your summer training consisted of? How much mileage you putting in?
This summer has mostly consisted of long runs to increase my endurance, and my weekly mileage has been anywhere from 20-30 miles.
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
This season i'd like to break 19 minutes in the 5k, as well as to help my team do our best at the championship meets.
What is your favorite workout?
My favorite workout is 400 meter repeats, the shorter the distance the better.
What did you learn from last xc season that will help you improve in 2018?
Last season I learned how important it is to stay positive before races, as it really helps to prepare you mentally for difficult races.
What is your favorite course to run in Maine?
My favorite course in Maine is the Belfast course.
Out of all your running accomplishments so far, which stands out the most?
An accomplishment that stands out the most was being part of our 4x800 and DMR relay teams that qualified for nationals in outdoor, also when I PR'd in my 800 leg in the DMR, after receiving the baton from my teammates' leading legs.
What do you love most about running?
I love the running community in Maine.
When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?
When I'm not running I enjoy hanging out with friends (S/O to @amibeaumier) and eating excessive amounts of food.
Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?'
I like to listen to music, especially Bhad Bhabie.

What shoes do you race/train in?
I train in Nike Zoom Pegasus 34, and I race in Saucony XC spikes.

What is your favorite food?
My favorite food is graham crackers.
