How long have you been running and how did you get started?

I've been running since second grade when my parents forced me to join cross country.


What has your summer training consisted of? How much mileage you putting in?

My summer training consisted of captains practices three times a week throughout the summer until pre-season and now I'm putting in about 25-30 miles a week.


What are your goals for the upcoming season?

Win Class B as a team, win Class B individually.


What is your favorite workout? 

Burpee miles.


What did you learn from last xc season that will help you improve in 2018?

I learned that while crocs are the greatest invention ever, they aren't good to run every practice in.


What is your favorite course to run in Maine?

Twin Brook


Out of all your running accomplishments so far, which stands out the most?

Finishing third in Class B as a sophomore.


What do you love most about running?

The finish line.


When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?

Play basketball.


Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?

I like to sprint the finish in warmups so when the actual race is happening i'll know where to kick.

I train in Nikes, and race in Sauconys.
