MaineTrackXC is pleased to announce the performance of the week for September are Harlow Ladd (Messalonskee) on the boys side & Katie McMahon(Brunswick) on the girls side. Ladd, ripped a new course record on his home course at Messalonskee, covering the 5k course in a season leading 16:08 to win by one second over Faisal Noor (EL). McMahon was impressive as well as she torched the challenging Mt. Ararat course in 19:59 to break the course record. Katie outdistanced the rest of the field by 1:14 en route to her win, not only did she win, her team upset the #3 ranked team Mt. Ararat, as a result she was voted the top performance on the girls side. The voting was very close on the girls side as both Katie & Emily Durgin received 10 votes each.
