Meet Information
This race is a central Maine woods trail and field 5k on Father's Day morning to help raise funds for the Leavitt cross country team. Performance tees to first 100 registrants. A number of parent-child teams run the trail, and special prize drawings for parent-child teams are offered during the awards. The Red Cross is presenting a medal to the first veteran to cross the finish. This race is being sponsored in 2014 by: Moark (Land O'Lakes), Eagle Insurance, Evergreen Subaru, Bangor Savings Bank, Anthem, Healthy Androscoggin, and Skelton Taintor & Abbott. The fees are $15 if pre-registered/$20 on race day/$10 for 10 and under if pre-registered/$15 on race day for 10 and under. Age group prizes; special raffle for parent/child combinations; performance tees to first 100 registrants. Divisions are 10 and under, 11-14,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
