Fontaine & Mace continue their winning ways in 2009

(Pictured above left race winner Luke Fontaine (Cony) 16:55.48 edged Sam Seekins (Erskine) 16:57.01 while pictured above right Abby Mace (Maranacook) cruised to a win 20:23.81, photos by Dave Flewelling) Cony's Luke Fontaine won his 2nd straight race of 2009 using his patent finishing kick, this time the victim was Erskine's Same Seekins, both runner dominating the rest of field breaking 17 minutes. Fontaine's win led hs Cony team to a first place finish in the opening KVAC meet of the year. On the girls side Abby Mace was once again dominating, taking the lead off the starting line and never looking back, Mace would win by 2 minutes over Mt. Ararat's Katie Spies. Spies led her team to victory. Full results
