KVAC meet recap: Mt. Ararat

Some very impressive races at Mt Ararat today. Leading the way was a new state leader in the girls 400m by Katrina Gelwick (Mt. Ararat) being the first girl under 60 this spring, 59.73. In the boys 1600m, distance ace Will Geoghegan (Brunswick) ripped a new state leader 4:20.34 Other strong performances came from the Mt. Ararat girls 4x800- 10:06.36, which is the #2 in the state. In the girls racewalk Kerry Cummings of Morse clock a new Class B leader 7:53.36. In the boys 100m Matt Hatke (Brunswick) & Mackenzie Gary (Mt. Ararat) ran the #2 times in Class A 11.42 RESULTS
