With warm temperatures and a late afternoon sun, the girls set off across a still somewhat soggy Community Park course. The early pace was set by Caitlin Teare of Yarmouth and Falmouth's Madeline Roberts. The two ran through the early fields side by side, hitting the mile in 6:13. They were followed by a chase group of Falmouth's Antoinette Lambert and Emily Rioux and Caitlin's twin sister Ellie Teare. Unfortunately, Teare was stopped by the same illness that kept many of her teammates out of the meet. Roberts forged ahead of the pack, hitting two miles well ahead of any pursuers and pulled away to finish over a minute ahead of the rest of the pack in 20:25, just inside the top-25 all-time in course history. Meanwhile, Falmouth's Vishva Nalamalapu and Mira Wyman were surging through the chase pack to finish 2-3 overall. Lambert and Ellie Teare battled to the finish with Lambert edging Teare for 4th place.

In the team competition, Falmouth prevailed over a shorthanded Yarmouth squad, tallying just 16 points. Yarmouth followed with 47 with Teare followed by a close pack of Lydia Sullivan, Annabelle Elvidge, Amelia Damboise and Molly Maguire. Poland and Traip had a close finish with the Knights, led by Emma Gaul in 17th edging out the Rangers of Traip Academy, who were led by their star jumper, Jocelyn Lorrey, in 13th. Wells was led by Rachael Crothers.

With the temperature and the sun becoming more forgiving, the boys set off, led from the gun by by Braden Becker of Yarmouth and Falmouth's Bryce Murdick. With Yarmouth's Ben Decker on the soccer pitch, these two were left to duel only each other, distancing themselves from their pursuers with every step. At 5:26 through one mile, they were chased by Falmouth's Spencer Brown and Josh Simensky 10 seconds later and a small gap to fellow Yachtsmen Sean Soucy and Matt Simmons.
Returning to the main field at two miles in just over 11 minutes, Becker and Murdick continued to trade the lead back and forth.  Murdick made his move heading toward the final woods stretch but Becker responded with a strong last half mile, opening a gap and  breaking the tape at 16:59, equaling the 23rd fastest performer on the course despite soft and sometimes wet surfaces to negotiate. Murdick followed close behind in 17:07. Yachtsmen continued to come in, taking 13 of the top 14 spots before Colin Kerner of Yarmouth and Tristan Brown of Wells came through.

Falmouth tallied 20 points to win with Yarmouth following at 56. Poland, led by Chris Lobley in 20th was next, edging Wells. Traip's top boy on the day was Jacob Christiansen.
