Wednesday Workout w/Lewiston High School
Check out our Wednesday Workout with the #1 ranked Lewiston Blue Devils. Last Saturday night, the Blue Devils met at 7pm for the 4th annual "Under the lights" Mile, the workout is a tradition before the championship season. Not only do the HS athletes run but alumni, parents, and siblings are encouraged to compete.
