There will be a group run at 1pm on Friday from the front steps of Cape Elizabeth HS with professional runners Alexi Pappas, Will Geoghegan & Riley Masters, come join the group for an easy 30 minute effort.
All are invited to come and join in on this great opportunity to run with 3 professional athletes as they prepare for Saturday's Beach to Beacon 10k
