It was the Osman Doorow show again.

Hampden Academy's Paul Casavant ran with Doorow for the first mile before Doorow opened it up on the super highway.

Doorow remained undefeated on the season as he ran a new personal best of 15:40.39 improving on his winning time from Festival of Champions by 10 seconds. The time broke Will Geoghegan's Regional record of 15:46.02 run back in 2009, Geoghegan would go on to win the Class A title that year running 15:43 at Twin Brook.

Looking ahead to the state meet at Twin Brook, Doorow has a plan. "My plan for next week is to break 16, I know it's going to be very hard with all the hills, I'm going just run my best."

Casavant had to settle for the runner-up spot as he finished some 25 seconds later in a speedy, 16;05.91.

Messalosnkee's Zach Hoyle had another strong run as he hit a personal best of 16:16.63 to finish 3rd, he was pushed all the way by Mt Ararat junior Cameron Meier who had a breakthrough day with his 16:17.04. Meier came into the meet with a 5k best of 18:00!

Edward Little's Jacob Gamache rounded out the top 5.

Hampden Academy with Casvant's 2nd place, got great runs from freshman Wyatt Lord (16:44.24) for 6th & Will Webb (16:54.68) in 7th as the Broncos scored 75 points to beat Bangor by 10 points.
