What are your goals for the upcoming season?
I would like to PR in the mile and two mile. 

What have you done to improve in the off-season?
I've been running higher milage to improve my base and endurance. 

What does a typical week look like for you training wise?

Monday we do circuits and weight training, Tuesday outside for a long run, Wednesday a speed workout on the track, Thursday more circuits and weights, and Friday another long run. 

What competitions are you most looking forward to this season?
I love going to the Dartmouth Relays with my teammates and seeing the talent outside Maine.

What was one thing you learned last year that will help you the most this season?
Stay away from ultimate frisbee!

Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?
Listening to music and going outside for a warmup run.

What is your favorite food to eat the night before a meet?
Peanut Butter
