What are your goals for the upcoming season?

My goals for this upcoming season are to stay healthy and hopefully reach 11 feet.


What have you done to improve in the off-season?

I have been training a lot. I've been running and lifting five days a week. I've also been doing a lot of core work!


What does a typical week look like for you training wise?

Before the season started, I would be in the gym or on the track five days a week. At least two of the days I would lift and do dynamic workouts.


What competitions are you most looking forward to this season?

I'm looking forward to all of them. This being my last year, I don't want to wish any away.


What was one thing you learned last year that will help you the most this season?

The most important thing I learned from last year was to focus on what I could do to improve and to keep a good mind set.


Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?

I really like to stretch out well and listen to some music.


Who is your favorite athlete?

Jackie Joyner-Kersee and Michelle Akers


What is your favorite food to eat the night before a meet?

I like to eat chicken, rice, and salad.


What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you?

That it's okay to have a bad meet or a practice because it'll only push you to do better next time.
