What are your goals for the upcoming season?
My goals for the upcoming season are to just get pr's and keep improving, hopefully get a win or two at states.

What have you done to improve in the off-season?
During off season I've been lifting and have been trying to eat healthy.

What does a typical week look like for you training wise?
A typical week of training for me looks like this: Monday Wednesday and fridays are hard workout days with weight room, Tuesday's and Thursday are generally for specials and event training. Every day after practice I lift including Saturday.

What competitions are you most looking forward to this season?
I'm looking forward to jumping agains Alex Wilkins and hurdling against Jarett Flaker if he does hurdles this year.

What was one thing you learned last year that will help you the most this season?
One thing I learned last year that I will make sure to do this year is to always stay stretched and warm because if your event comes and you're not ready you probably won't get good results.

Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?
I can't really say that I have any pre race routines other than just to always have macaroni and meatballs the night before every meet.

What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you?
Some good advice that was given to me was "pretend like you've already won." this helps me to calm my nerves and to stop thinking about any competitions may have.
