WINTER "Weight" THROWING CLINIC
Location: USM Field House-Gorham Campus
This is an excellent opportunity for throwers to learn how to throw the "Indoor Weight" and take your throwing to the next level. The clinic will offer technical and functional training and two opportunities to compete during the Indoor Season.

(Payment needs to be Paid-In-Full the 1st Session and given to Directors, or Athlete will not be allowed to participate-No Exceptions!!!!)
Additional Cost: Each thrower will need a throwing glove in order to participate and needs to be purchased prior to 1st practice from: M&F Athletics website or by calling direct 1-888-556-7464. The product listing is the" Original Hammer Throwing Glove", Athletes will only need one glove to be used on the **Non-Dominant Hand**. Cost of glove is $15.00.
