How long have you been running and how did you get started?
I started running in 7th grade with my dad and on my middle school xc team.
What has your summer training consisted of? How much mileage you putting in?
I have been running, biking, lap swimming, roller skiing (xc ski
training), and indoor/ outdoor biking all summer so my mileage has been
in the 30-40 range.
What are your goals for the upcoming season?
My main goal is to PR.
What is your favorite workout?
My favorite workout is a long tempo run.
What did you learn from last xc season that will help you improve in 2019?
I learned from last season the importance of cross training and strength training.
When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?
Outside of running I love going to the beach, hiking, eating, and skiing.

listen to my pre race playlist and eat oatmeal.

I train in Saucony Freedoms and New Balance 1080's. I race in Saucony Carrera.
