Maine Milesplit Early Season Distance Training Plan
Please find our early season distance training plan below, this is just a guideline. You'll notice nothing is programmed on the weekend, if you want you could add another run on either Saturday or Sunday depending on your current training. With the current state affairs please remember to follow all social distancing protocols, and be safe. This should not be considered an opportunity to get today with a group of teammates to start training together. Look for our sprint training schedule later this week.
