Maine Milesplit catches up with professional distance runner Riley Masters. Masters, a three time track state champion, graduated from Bangor in 2008 before having a spectacular college career at the University of Maine and the University of Oklahoma. Masters is currently training and living in Boulder, Colorado, where he is coached by Mark Wetmore. In our conversation, Masters discusses dealing with injuries, his reaction to the Olympics being postponed, the Maine representation at national meets, the first time he broke 4:00 in the mile, and much more.
