Brunswick has the fastest returning team in the state based off of 2020 results

Falmouth was just 4th at SMAA Relays but don't be fooled they were missing 3 of their top 5. Watch for Logan Ross to lead the Navigators this fall.

Arguably the best team in the state last fall. The Rams haven't run yet but return Daniel McCarthy, along with some other top talent.

Portland won the SMAA relays by 2 seconds over Scarborough. The Bulldogs looked great over 1.8 miles, will have to see if that translates to 5k.

Scarborough was second at the SMAA Relays 2 seconds back of Portland. Led by Zach Barry look for the Red Storm to improve over the season.

Cape had a strong opening performance at Freeport. Led by Vaughn Lindenau and Owen Patry.

South Portland has an experienced group back that ranks #2 based on 5k performances from 2020. They were 3rd at the opening season SMAA Relays. Senior Jacob Ramos leads the way for the Red Riots.

Messalonskee opened the season with a strong win at the Laliberte Invitational.

Mt Ararat was only fourth at LaLiberte but they were missing a few key runners, look for the Eagles to progress throughout 2021.

Mt Blue started off with a strong runner-up performance at Laliberte.
