Several Maine high school track and field athletes posted personal records during the week of April 20.
Jaiden Hebert (Lawrence) threw 157-9 in the discus at the Lawrence High School Home Track Meet on April 25, improving from his previous best of 129-11. The mark places him first among 454 Maine athletes and first among 116 sophomores statewide. Hebert also set a personal record in the shot put, improving from 33-11 to 42-3.5.
Margaret Booth (Scarborough) ran 13.12 in the 100 meters at the Cheverus-Gorham-Scarborough meet at Biddeford on April 23, dropping from her previous best of 14.06 set in May 2025. The time ranks her 12th among 560 Maine athletes and third among 118 juniors in the state. Booth won the event among 34 competitors.
Ivan Daniels (Deering) threw 144-5 in the discus at Deering High School Home Meet 1 on April 22, improving from his previous mark of 122-2. The throw places him third among 454 Maine athletes and first among 126 juniors statewide. Daniels won the event among 13 competitors.
Stanley Richerson (Biddeford) ran 11.58 in the 100 meters at the Cheverus-Gorham-Scarborough meet at Biddeford on April 23, improving from 12.13. The time ranks him 14th among 733 Maine athletes and second among 193 sophomores in the state. Richerson also set a personal record in the 200 meters, improving from 25.18 to 24.08.
Ariel Miguel (South Portland) ran 16.27 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Bonny Eagle Home Meet 1 on April 23, improving from 17.01. The time places him 12th among 92 Maine athletes and seventh among 24 seniors statewide. Miguel also set a personal record in the 200 meters, improving from 25.02 to 24.93.
Brayden Logan (Gorham) ran 23.51 in the 200 meters at the Cheverus-Gorham-Scarborough meet at Biddeford on April 23, improving from his previous best of 24.23 set in February 2026. The time ranks him 15th among 1,259 Maine athletes and second among 327 sophomores statewide. Logan won the event among 31 competitors.
Jack Landry (Westbrook) threw 141-5 in the discus at the Marshwood-Westbrook-Presque Isle meet at Kennebunk on April 22, improving from 120-3. The mark set a Westbrook High School record and places him fourth among 454 Maine athletes and second among 126 juniors statewide. Landry also set a personal record in the shot put, improving from 44-2.5 to 44-6.
