Maine Running Company Performances of the Week

 

 

Waterville junior Alex Jenson had some excellent performances at the Loucks Games last weekend. The junior jumped a personal best 36-9 in the triple jump, which is a state leading mark. Additionally Jenson had a strong effort in the 100m hurdles as she ran 15.25 which matches the fastest time in the state, and is a Class B state leader. On the boys side Nick Danner had a tremendous outing at the Loucks Games as he threw the javelin 190-2, the mark was a state leader, school record, and meet record for the junior. Danner who has thrown 27 ft than any one else in the state this spring, ha also qualified for states in the discus (133-4). Congratulations to both Alex & Nick on being selected as the Maine Running Company Performance of the Week.
