Kents Hill Girls & Hyde Boys win team title, Anne McKee takes girls crown while Isaac Lacroix crosses first in the boys
The 2012 MAISAD Cross Country Championships were held at the University of Maine at Augusta on November 2, 2012.
The Kents Hill girls won their first championship in 26 years. Led by the race's winner, freshman Anne McKee, the Huskies' 27 points beat out runner up Seacoast Christian. Laken Kerrigan of Seacoast Christian was second.
In the boys race Hyde won with Gould Academy in second. The race was won by Isaac Lacroix of Seacoast Christian followed by Makoto Watanabe of Hebron Academy.
The slick 3.0 mile course still allowed for fast times with Lacroix finishing in 16:20 and McKee in 18:29.
