Ben Cotton of John Bapst lowered his best 100m from 11.71 down to 11.21 this spring. Cotton was the Class B 100m champion.

We took the top 200 100m times from 2017 & 2018 to figure out who was the most improved over the last year in the 100m. Old Orchard Beach sophomore Connor Feitz had the largest improvement with a .59 difference, as he went from 12.28 as a freshman down to 11.69. He was one of four athletes to improve by .5 seconds.
