Admission: $5.00

VIRGINIA RUNNER will be on site and available for any of your athletes' apparel/footwear needs.
GLORY DAYS will be sponsoring coaches lunches.

Teams: 1st 20 Boys teams and 20 Girls teams will be entered

Sanctioning: This meet is sanctioned by VHSL and National Federation Rules

Entry Fee: $250 per school (Boys and Girls)
$150 for one team
*Teams are entered upon receipt of entry check*

Entry Limits: 1 Relay per Team

3 Entries in Individual Events per Team *New this year, weve added an extra competitor in each individual event to allow the possibility of attaining a district, region or state standard. However, only the top two distances/times/heights will score. *

Scoring: Two best Times/Distances/Heights will be combined for a team score and place. The third competitor will not count towards metals or team scores.
Example: 100 meter dash runner A runs 10.8, and runner B runs 12.3, and runner C runs 12.6. Only runners A and B will count towards the total time since they are the fastest of the three teammates. Total time for the team would be 23.1 and that will be used to determine place/points.
Scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1.

Awards: Plaques will be awarded to first and second place overall teams.
Medals will be given to all members of the top 6 relay teams.
This is a true team meet so individual winners of an event will not receive an award unless he/she and teammate place in the top 6 overall based on their combined score. If their combined score does place, both athletes will receive medals.

Timing: Dan Ward and Mark Form, State Track Meet Officials, will be providing the F.A.T. Timing System for the meet.

Coaches Meeting: 8:15am
Light breakfast will be provided to all coaches, as well as lunch catered by Glory Days Grill

Field Events: 9:00am SHARP in order to finish before running events at noon
*3 attempts, no finals, FIRST LEGAL ATTEMPT MEASURED, then must meet standard*
Boys Discus (minimum 90ft) followed by Girls Discus (minimum 60)
Girls Shot (minimum 28ft) followed by Boys Shot (minimum 38ft)
Girls Pole Vault (7') followed by Boys Pole Vault (86)
Boys High Jump (56) followed by Girls High Jump (46)
Boys Long Jump (minimum 19ft) followed by Boys Triple Jump (minimum 36ft)
Girls Long Jump (minimum 15ft) followed by Girls Triple Jump (minimum 28ft)
