Maine USATF Junior Olympic Cross Country Championship
November 15, 2009

Location: Cony High School, Augusta
Registration: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. on race day up to 10 minutes prior to race time - see schedule below

Proof of Age: Must be brought to the meet. (Birth certificate, passport, or driver's license)

Entry Fee:
$7 (USATF membership is required, available race day - youth $15, Adult $30)

Course Walks: Course walks beginning at 9:30am. Maps will be available. Course walks being done during a race are allowed so long as the racers are not obstructed!

Awards: Junior Olympic medals, all others receive participant ribbons. State champions also receive state championship patch

Waivers: Athletes may be waivered depending on circumstances. Contact Ron Kelly regarding waivers.
Waivers must be requested prior to the State Championship/Region 1 Qualifier.

Regional Qualification: Top 25 finishers and top 3 clubs in each age division qualify for the Region 1 Championship meet to be held at Sunday, Nov. 22, Cony High School, Augusta, Maine.

National Qualification: The top 20 finishers and top 3 clubs in each division at the Regional meet qualify for the National Cross Country Championship meet to be held, Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Reno, Nevada. Below is the national championship
