Attention: Send us your meet results

How do you get national recognition? By being included in the rankings! MaineTrackXC processes thousands of meet results per season and every one of them is linked to the MileSplit national database. Coaches and athletes from all over the country search the database to compare performances, find recruits, and pick meets to attend. The best way to promote your meet, your program, or yourself is to update your team schedule and submit results.

If you're hosting a meet, or just attending a meet, please submit the results to us ASAP following the conclusion of the meet. The easiest way for you to submit results is to email them, as an attachment file, to dveilleux@milesplit.us. The file format can be HTML, Excel, Hy-Tek, RaceTab.

How to submit Racetab results:

1. Navigate to the Publish tab

2. Click on the Complete Results (Columns)

3. Click saves as Name the file so that it will be easy to recognize as coming from your meet.

4. E-mail this newly created results file as an attachment to dveilleux@milesplit.us

How to submit Hy-Tek meet results:

1. With Hy-Tek Meet Manager open, Click Reports / Results
2. At the top, select "All Events." Click "Select All" using the button on the left.
3. At the bottom, select "Flat HTML." Check any items to be included such as records, time standards, event comments, etc.
4. At right, select "Publication" rather than "Event" for sort order.
5. Click "Create Report," and, when it is done, give the newly created file a name and a location to copy to. Name the file so that it will be easy to recognize as coming from your meet.
6. E-mail this newly created results file as an attachment to dveilleux@milesplit.us
