5. Caleb Lord & Paul Casavant (Hampden Academy)
Senior Caleb Lord & sophomore Paul Casavant of Hampden Academy often where found running stride for stride this fall. In eight races this fall this dyanmic duo finished within 10 seconds of eachother. Casavant had a personal best of 16:26.83, while Lord's best time was a 16:29.63. At the Eastern Maine Regional Lord finished 5th with Casavant one spot back in 6th. At the Class A state meet Casavant finished 9th with Lord crossing the finish line in 12th. They led the Broncos to a 5th place team finish at the state meet.
