What are your goals for the upcoming season?

I don't really have any goals right now. My main focus is just to try to improve every meet and see where that takes me.



What have you done to improve in the off-season?

The off-season has consisted of a lot of recovery. Breaking my ankle early September really set me back so I've been just trying to get better and back to 100%.


What does a typical week look like for you training wise?

I train 6 days a week. 3 of those days I have 2 workout sessions which are usually my speed days. Every Wednesday I get up at 5:30 to do one of my sessions.


What competitions are you most looking forward to this season?

At the moment, I am most looking forward to states and Dartmouth Relays.


What was one thing you learned last year that will help you the most this season?

One thing I learned is to not out do myself. I've improved a lot by being smarter about my workouts and training.


Do you have any pre-race rituals or routines?

Naps. I nap a lot before meets and always wear the same soccer jersey during meets. That's about it.


Who is your favorite athlete?

My favorite athletes are Derek Jeter and John Pasch.


What is your favorite food to eat the night before a meet?

Favorite food to eat the night before a meet has to be steak or chicken.


What is the best piece of advice anyone has given you?

There is not any specific advice or saying I've been told that has really stuck out to me. Just be yourself.
