When and how did you get into track and field?

The middle school mile.


Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?

Zach Barry.


What was your greatest accomplishment?

4:211600m broke my school record, took 3 at the state meet.


How has track and field impacted your life?

It made me better than everyone at spike ball.




What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

My foot injury after cross country my senior year.


How do you prepare for competitions?

Salt bath, AC/DC, and pacing around.


Do you have any hobbies or interests outside of track and field?

Spike ball, corn hole, and Xbox.


What influence has your coach had on your high school career?

He always wanted me to be better and push me to get there.


What are your college plans?

I will be running at the University of Maine.



What are your long term goals?

To run in the Boston Marathon.

All my coaches, family, teammates and everyone who pushed me.


What advice you would give to younger athletes?

Do the summer running.
