What was your most memorable races?The race I will remember forever is at the indoor state meet this past year when Angie Masters came in second. I knew we then had a shot at the state title.
Out of all of your high school accomplishments, which stands out the most? The accomplishment that stands out to me most throughout high school is setting the indoor state meet record in HJ my freshmen year.
If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school? If I could do it again I would probably try to take time to really enjoy more of the experience with my coaches and teammates.
What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome? One of the most difficult obstacles to overcome was frustration with myself.
What will you miss the most? I will miss my teammates but most of all my coaches.
What advice you would give to younger athletes? Try everything even if you are nervous, the only way to succeed is to attempt. Also take advantage of the opportunity now because time flies and it won’t last forever, you can't take anything for granted.
What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals? My coaches have had a tremendous influence on my athletics. Each of them has taught me a lesson that I will never forget.
What are your college plans? I plan of attending The University Of Maine, playing soccer and studying Chemical Engineering.
Who would you like to say thank you to? I would like to thank Coach Jarvis, Coach Bryant, Coach Sund, Coach Seekins, Coach Mosca, Coach Quinn and Coach Fotter. I would also like to thank all of my teammates and anyone who has supported me. But most of all I would like to thank my family.
