Best Dynamic Duo in the State
Previous Winners
2012: Samantha Cox and Mary Szatkowski Bonny Eagle
2011: Brittany Bowman and Willow Parker Camden Hills

1. Kialeigh Marston and Mary Szatkowski

This is Szatkowski's second consecutive time winning the Summer and Marissa Award after a spectacular year on the trails. Marston and Szatkowski were the two vital components in leading Bonny Eagle towards their second straight Class A title. At the state meet, Marston was the individual victor running a time of 19:34.16 with Szatkowski twenty seconds back placing fourth in a time of 19:54.44. This tandem became the most feared duo in the SMAA this fall, and got even stronger when the post season rolled around. At the Western Regional Championships, the duo placed first and second with Marston coming out on top. They had the second and third fastest times of all classes that day. With Szatkowski graduating next spring, it will be Marston's time to shine as she looks to defend her Class A title.

2. Shannon Conley and Casey Loring South Portland

3. Isabel Erickson and Waylon Henggeler Mount Desert Island
