Tell us how your summer training went?

Great! Our new coach this year has brought a whole new training regiment that's really helped both me and I think the whole team in preparing for this season.

What are your goals for the upcoming season?

My A goal is to go sub 19, but I'm also focused on our top five going far this year.

What is your favorite course to run in Maine?

Belfast, for sure!

What is the toughest course to run in Maine?

Twin Brook

What is your favorite cross-country memory?

Regionals last year, I tripped and fell and may have not gotten back up if it wasn't for one of the Teare twins grabbing me and yelling for me to finish the race. I proudly finished 5th and owe a big thanks to one of them.

What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?

Festival of Champions last year, where I got my PR for that season. It was an overall amazing experience!

Saucony triumph (for years now)
