It was a picture perfect afternoon for running at Gull Crest Field in Cape Elizabeth on Friday afternoon as Cape Elizabeth hosted Falmouth, Freeport & Sacopee Valley. With perfect conditions the harriers responded with one the fastest races in recent memory, as the top seven all clocked sub 16:30 performances.
