Lewiston's Isaiah Harris may be the most feared runner in the field on Saturday. Feared because if he is close to lead at the end his finishing speed cant be matched. Harris is coming off a runner-up finish at the EM A regional where he was just 2 seconds back of winner Aaron Willingham. Many may have been counting out Isaiah after he was well back of the leaders at the KVAC Championship but like any great champion he responded in a big way on the course at Belfast last weekend. Isaiah will need to keep a close eye on the leaders making sure to not let their gap get to big early on, and then rely on his 1:51 800m speed at the end. Don't count him out, he's beaten Willingham on two different occasions this fall, and one of those was at Belfast at FOC where he clocked his personal best 16:12.46. Last fall the senior finished 6th in the state meet while leading his team to a state title.
