4. Sammy Potter (Yarmouth)
Sammy Potter (#681) had his best race of the season at the Class B State meet where he set a personal best by 51 seconds as he broke 18 minutes for the first time. Potter's time of 17:47.33 was the fourth fastest for all freshman at states. Potter loved the Belfast course as he placed 6th in the freshman race of the Festival of Champions.
