Curran is the top seed in the senior shot put with a mark of 39-8 3/4, and leads the field by over 6ft. She currently ranks Class A #1, and has the second best throw in the state this winter. A year ago Samantha placed second in the senior shot put before going on to win the Class A title. Can we see a 40ft throw on Saturday?
