Most Improved: Maine Girls In High Jump

We took the top 200 heights from 2017 & 2018 to figure out who was the most improved over the last year in the high jump. There was a three way tie at the top with Portland junior Jaidyn Appel,  Caribou junior Alexis Rodriguez, &  Spruce Mountain senior Mikenzie Parker  who all  had an impressive 8 inch improvement. They were apart of a group of six athletes to improve by more than 6 inches from year ago. (This list only contains athletes who were in the top 200 in 2017)
