Two meets on tap for this Saturday include the D1 championship in Madison, Wisconsin and the D3 championship in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Note that in addition to the runners listed below, there may be others who were held out of their regional meet but are going to be at Nationals. Iowa State senior Dan Curts will compete in the D1 XC Nationals for #10 ranked Cyclones. At the Midwest Regional, Curts helped his team to a dominating win as they tallied 38 points to secure an automatic berth into the NCAA Championship. Curts ran 31:03.6 for 10k to finish 7th overall in a field of 208. He was the third Cyclone across the finish line. Curts is no stranger to the national meet as he has competed the last three years improving from 205th as a freshman to 99th as a sophomore, up to 68th a year ago as a junior. Curts competed for Ellsworth High School where he won the 2012 & 2013 Class B state titles.
Wofford sophomore Hannah Steelman finished 4th in Southeast Regional as she covered the 6k course in a school record 1956.5 for 6k. Steelman was selected as an individual to compete in the Nationals. This will be her first time competing in the XC Nationals, she earned All-American honors in the steeplechase in the spring. Hannah competed for Orono High School where she won the 2014 Class C state title.

Henry Jaques a sophomore will complete for #3 ranked RPI, Jacques finished 25th in the Atlantic Regional Championship, he was the 5th runner for his team running 27:03.3 for 8k. He competed for Freeport High School where he twice finished as the Class B XC state runner-up.
Harrison Knowlton a senior will compete for #16 ranked Middlebury College, Knowlton placed 36th at the New England Regional where he was the 4th runner for his team running 26:02.80. He competed for Leavitt High School where he placed 5th in the 2014 Class B state meet. Harrison has competed at XC nationals two other times.
Tucker Barber a sophomore will compete for #29 ranked Bates College, Barber finished 48th in the New England Regional where he was the 4th runner for his team running 26:11.30. He competed for Mt Blue High School where he won the Class A title in 2016.
Tessa Cassidy a junior will compete for #6 ranked Dickinson, Cassidy finished 31st in the Mid-East Regional, she was the 5th runner for her team running 23:55.9 for 6k. She competed for Brunswick High School where she placed 4th in the 2014 Class A State XC Championship.
Anna Slager a freshman will compete for #15 ranked Tufts, Slager finished 52nd in the New England Regional Championship. she was the 4th runner for her team running 23:11.2 for 6k. Slager competed for Gorham High School where she won the 2015 Class A xc state title
Caroline Driscoll a senior will compete for #16 ranked St Lawrence, Driscoll finished 12th in the Atlantic Regional, she was the top runner for her team running 23:01.5 for 6k. This will be her fourth time competing at XC nationals, her best place so far is a 99th place effort in 2016. Driscoll competed for Mt Desert Island High School where she placed 3rd in the Class B XC Championship.
Abigail Hamilton a sophomore will compete for #22 ranked Bates, Hamilton finished 40th in the New England Regional, she was the third runner for her team running 22:56.3 for 6k. She competed for Yarmouth High School where she won the 2016 Class B state title.
