Bethanie Brown of Waterville has the meet record at the Maine XC Festival of Champions, back in 2012 Brown became only the second runner in meet history to break 18 minutes as she set the course record with a 17:56.69 effort.

Sitting fourth on the list is junior Sofie Matson who last year won in 18:21.52 to win the event. Matson is back looking to defend her title, and chase the meet record of 17:56.69.
