The Gorham girls tallied 154 to outdistance runner-up Thornton Academy by 47.5 points to win the Southwestern's girl team title. This marked the first time Gorham has captured the league title. The Rams were led by Kate Tugman who won the mile (5:11.71), and 2 mile (11:22.64), plus added a second in the 800 (2:21.55), as well as a leg on the 4x400m relay. For her efforts Tugman was selected by the the coaches as the winner of the Angie Abraham award for the most outstanding performer of the meet.

The junior division was key for the Rams success as they got wins from Sydney Connolly in the 200m (27.10), Emma Green in the high jump (5-2), Alyvia Caruso in the long jump (16-7 1/4). Gorham's junior 4x200m relay also added a victory with a 1:53.24 effort.

Victoria Bossong of Cheverus was a standout winning three events in the senior division. Bossong took the 55m (7.43), the 400m (59.01) & finished with a league record in the 200m (26.02). 

Noble's Baylee Cyr was a double winner in the junior division as she took the 55m hurdles, 9.01 and the triple jump (32-10).

On the boys side the Red Storm of Scarborough scored 189.67 to win the team title, the win was the 11th consecutive Southwesterns crown. Gorham was the runner-up with 92.33 as they edged out Thornton Academy. Scarborough was led by freshman Parker Killiard who won the junior 400m (55.37), was the runner-up in the long jump (18-9.5), third in the junior 55m (7.23), and led off the winning 4x200m junior relay.

Senior Tristram Coffin provided a big spark for the Red Storm as he secured two victories in the closing meters to win the 600 yard (1:20.02) & the 2 mile (10:01).

Jayden Flaker added a win in the junior 200m (23.79) as he won by more than a second and a half. He came back later to anchor the winning open 4x200m (1:35.3). While the 4x800 team got things started off with a victory (8:47.31).

The pole vault was a key event for Scarborough as they placed four athlete in spots 2-4 to tally 20 points in the event, senior Ian Gott lead the way with 12-6 clearance.

Ben Drummey of Biddeford cleared 15-6 in the pole vault, while Josh Bradford of Falmouth took the senior shot with a 60-10 1/2 bomb.

There was co-athletes of the meet with Max Spaulding & Frank Morang. Spaulding of Thornton Academy won the senior 55m hurdles (8.30), the senior 400m (52.24), and anchored the winning 4x400m with a great stretch run (3:41.54), while Morang of Cheverus dominated the junior division winning the 55m (6.85), took the long jump with a 21-7 1/4 leap, and closed with a record breaking 43-7 1/2 in the triple jump.

In the boys junior 800m sophomore Chris Walton of Biddeford kicked by former record holder Zach Barry of Scarborough in the final 150m to run 2:01.54 to set a new league record.
