What was your most memorable race/meet?
Anchoring the 4 x 400 for the win at the state meet.

Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?

Sam Rusak and Ben Batoosingh.

What was your greatest accomplishment?

Getting a full scholarship to George Mason.


If you could do it all over again what would you change about your xc/track&field career in high school?

I would've gone to see my chiropractor/PT sooner so I could have stayed healthier.

What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

Definitely all the hamstring and foot injuries.

What will you miss the most?

Saturday morning workouts then lift with the team and coach Veilleux out lifting most of the team.

What advice you would give to younger athletes?

Stay patient, it is the key to everything.

What influence has your coach had with respect to your performance and overall life goals?

Coach Veilleux and I have an amazing relationship. I wouldn't be accepting awards or breaking records without him on my side. He has transformed into the athlete/man I am today.

How do you feel about missing your senior season due to the coronavirus?
I was really upsetting. I was ready for one more run with my senior teammates.

What are your college plans?

I am going to be running track at George Mason next year.


Who would you like to say thank you to?

I would like to thank my friends, my teammates, my coaches, and my family.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Don't hold your breath on Jayden Flaker that kids gonna be a star. Gonna miss him next year.
