Cheverus High School track and field standout Victoria Bossong announced on Instagram Saturday night that she will be attending Harvard University next year to further her academic and athletic career.
Bossong has been the best sprinter in the State of Maine since her freshman year. In her three-year career indoors she has won six individual state titles and holds the state indoor records at 300m (39.68) and 400m (55.22). Outdoors she has won five individual state championships. She currently holds the 400m state record (53.81), and ranks #2 all-time in state history in the 100m (11.94) & 200m (24.54). Bossong is also a two-time Maine Track & Field Gatorade Athlete of Year.
