Boys Discus: Three Year Progression

We took a deeper dive into the database to examine the progression over the last three years in the boys' discus. To appear on this list an athlete must have thrown the discus for three years (2021-2023). Kayden Ames of Boothbay has shown a steady progression in the discus over the last three years. Ames threw 125-11 as a sophomore, then 143-11 in his junior campaign before hitting 157-3 as a senior.
