Abbey Leonardi ventured out of the state on Saturday evening to run in the New Balance Boston twilight meet at UMASS Lowell. Entered as unattached, Leonardi finished 3rd in the 3k, clocking 9:47.64, although the distance isn't kept for record purposes it is superior to her recently set 3200m record. Her time converts to 10:30.83 for 3200m & 10:34.47 for 2 miles. Abbey's time is the 10th ranked performance in the country.
