The boys winner with 48.61% of vote was Scarborough HS 800m runner Nick Morris. Morris who ran 1:58.18 at the GBTC invitational last week lowered his state leading time, and improved to #20 in the country. Nick also currently is ranked 4th in the 400m in Class A. Nick has had strong season to date as he has top times in the 600yd and 800m in the expo, and runs a leg on the top sr. relay. On the girls side, Maria Curit (Biddeford) earned the girls performance of the week based on her expo record breaking Sr. 400m run of 61.9. Curit who is no stranger to records and fast times, broke her own record of 62.0 which she set last year. Curit is ranked #1 in the state with a converted time of 60.72. Last winter Curit ran 58.95 to place 2nd in Class A. Maria is also ranked #1 in the long jump with her leap of 16-9 1/2. At last year's indoor state meet she broke the Class A record with a 17-6 1/2
