Bangor senior Grace MacLean adds the EMITL high jump record with a clearance of 5-6. The old record of 5-5 stood for 27 years, was previously held by Kimberly Hamm of Bangor. Her impressive resume continues to grow as this is the 2nd record she has broken or tied this season, earlier in the year she tied the long jump record with a jump of 17-5. Grace also added wins in the 55m Hurdles 8.80 and the long jump 16-2 1/4. Other standouts included doubles win by Tia Jackson of Old Town with a 7.70 in the 55m & 33- 7 3/4, she also added a 2nd in the high jump at 5-2. Elizabeth Labun of Hampden Academy was a double winner in the mile (5:54.06) & 800m (2:35.79)
On the boys side Andrew Toothaker of Hampden won the 55m Hurdles (8.14) & the 400m (53.68), the hurdles time is the top Class A this year. Nick Kopf of Hampden continued his dominance in the 800m with a fine 2:04.81 clocking

- 200 Meter Dash - Maddie Page of Hermon High School sprinted 27.89 for the victory, trailed by Krystal Grant of Hampden Academy and her 28.29, Gabby Bryant of Hermon High School (28.64)
- 55 Meter Hurdles - Grace MacLean of Bangor High School cleared 'em clean in 8.80 for the gold, trailed by Alexa Dufour of Old Town High School and her 9.79, Courtney Lizotte of Bangor High School (9.94). MacLean had the top time out of the prelims (8.82), followed by Dufour (9.83), Lizotte (9.98)
- 55 Meter Dash - Tia Jackson of Old Town High School drove to a 7.70 to win, trailed by Maddie Page of Hermon High School and her 7.92, Krystal Grant of Hampden Academy (7.94), Kaylin Rogers of Hermon High School (7.96). Page had the top time out of the prelims (7.85). Next was Jackson (7.86), Grant (7.99)
- 800 Meter Run - Elizabeth Labun of Hampden Academy held strong for a winning time of 2:35.79
- High Jump - Grace MacLean of Bangor High School cleared a 5-6 to win, followed by: Tia Jackson of Old Town High School (5-2)
- Long Jump - Grace MacLean of Bangor High School hit the sand at 16-2.25 to win, followed by: Casey Modery of Bangor High School (15-4), Gabby Bryant of Hermon High School (15-3.75)
- One Mile Run - Elizabeth Labun of Hampden Academy hustled to a 5:54.06 win
- Pole Vault - Abby Reynolds of Bangor High School sailed over 9-6 for the win, followed by: Courtney Lizotte of Bangor High School (9-0), Morgan Johnson of Bangor High School (8-6)
- Shot Put - Ali King of Old Town High School launched it 30-11 to earn the top spot on the podium, followed by: Jillian Byers of Hermon High School (29-11.5), Brooke Beck of Bangor High School (29-10), Laura Martin of Old Town High School (29-7)
- Triple Jump - Tia Jackson of Old Town High School jumped a 33-7.75 in her win, followed by: Casey Modery of Bangor High School (31-5.25), Cassie Braithwaite of Bangor High School (31-2)

- Two Mile Run - Jon Stanhope of Bangor High School ran a 10:29.33 that earned him the W, trailed by Caleb Halvorson-fried of Bangor High School and his 10:36.45

- 55 Meter Dash - David Shepardson of Hermon High School blazed a 6.89 for the win with Nicolas Boutin of Old Town High School in tow at 6.90. After that was Sam Donnelly of Hampden Academy at 6.98. Boutin had the top time out of the prelims (6.98), followed by Donnelly (7.04), Jonathon Seymour of Hampden Academy (7.07)
- 800 Meter Run - Great race for Nick Kopf of Hampden Academy who won in 2:04.81, trailed by Joesph Belanger of Bangor High School and his 2:06.84
